Yes. Same house, 6 years. Why? Cheaper to rent our house than to buy similar. eg PP would be $500K. Only self and wife, kids grown up and flown, so don't feel that "security" feeling your own home can have. Have 4 IP's and interest on debt all deductible. GarryK
