    Caboolture triplex seemed like a good property It is good to get some validation on the property because it was one I thought was a good investment. I just was not quite ready to do serious inspections of property until I get a car to go and check them out.

    I called the agent this one asking $549k rents for $520wk. Not too much chance of putting the rent up she said as the flats are pretty ordinary inside. The street it is on is right next to the train line. I would prefer one street back.
