    Covenant, no idea what it is

    I'm glad I found out about it (thanks to helpful people here) - just for peace of mind. Because these covenants get left on, people probably become blase and just assume that they are ancient and no longer relevant. Sooner or later somebody might buy without checking and get caught out.
