    Tried to help a friend buy at auction on Saturday. Advertised at $525 plus. They had limit of $620K Agent thought it might get near $600K. Went for 675K after furious bidding between 7 people. And it only had two bedrooms. Ahhhhhh So the Northcote prices have now moved to Thornbury.
