    Big Rog, By the time the cash rate starts heading north then the fixed rate horse would have already well and truely bolted. I would think you would have to watch the fixed rates for movement as an indicator it is time to switch. Gools

    So Peter, you see it that if the cash rate drops 1.2% then the 5 year fixed will drop that much if not more? I just can't see it happening that we would have 5 year fixed rates in the 4% range by March.
