just a ? .... since frankston north has gone up a lot ... and frankston south is still only a bit more expensive .. is it better to buy in south and pay a bit more ... ? and is a unit in fr.south better for cg than a 3 br in fr.north? thank you for your opinion!

yes it is...... if you ask 100 people where they would like to live seaford or frankston north ... 99 would say seaford.... and yes you are correct ... just 1 road ... fortunately i live in Frankston north ... to me its better than central frankston... but thats only my opinion...

anyone not living in frankston have heard something bad about frankston that happend 20 yrs ago ..... there is crime all over the world and in all cities ... in springvale they roll people in plastic after they kill them... and leave them in peoples frontyard ..... in frankston we just burn them...

why not get transport .... an old falcon for $2000 ? .... theres train stations at frankston and seaford which runs straight into the city... and the belgrave line runs through most SE subs.. like bayswater ...

Frankston has low low prices compared to a lot of other places and Ea$tlink will not make it worse either!..... sooo it will go up some more! .... well thats what i think ....
