    Agricultural emissions make up a fair percentage (13 or 16%) of total emissions. We have an Ag industry big enough for a population 3 times our size. That is one factor. Transport is another big emitter. We transport a lot of coal and iron ore across land to port, there goes more emissions.

    If you were one of the 500 big polluters it seems to me that the best thing you could do is split your company into two smaller companies and then be below the threshold. Do they have a plan to prevent this?
