    Why did you get them valued before subdivision was complete? All on one title will always value lower. The profits in the subdivision.

    To source and quote from builders you could use a building broker. But you could shop yourself since you have the plans etc.

    Most likely not. If they are in disrapear and not fit for purpose then maybe. The fact you are developing further hampers that. But if you dont ask you dont get. You maybe able to negotiate something in your favour.

    Welcome. Similar path to myself. You could start off small with a simple retain and build subdivision or duplex/triplex to get your head around the process etc. you will either need cash or equity to develop so plan ahead. This may mean buying one to develop then moving onto the next...
