Looks like there's plenty of stock in Gladstone too - 627 on realestate.com.au. High vacancy rate and low yields to boot. I haven't decided on where to invest. Still weighing up the options.

Just did a search on Rocky and 1670 houses came up! Is the property market here comatose? Why are there so many houses listed?
