i only have about 20k in cash and wanted to get at least 2 properties around 40-50k. Dont have much in my super and to get it out and turn it into a smsf would cost more than its worth. So would want to borrow around 60-80k. I wish I had $100k just laying around in a reserve!

So now I have found some people/companies that sell properties. Most charge around $4000 fee for "finding" the property but they also help you with the setup of everything. I would prefer to get lending in the USA in case the dollar drops but only the first company offered non recourse balloon...

yes i too would be interested in knowing about their tax refunds. As far as I know and after a very brief discussion with my accountant you can only be taxed once or if you do get taxed there then you should get credits for here.
