Hi TSB Welcome to the forum! Just to challenge this, with your net worth you would be able to sell your PPOR, invest the vast majority of the proceeds in whatever investment you wish and buy an average PPOR (or canal front or whatever floats your boat, so to speak!) pretty much anywhere else...
