I made a mistake this morning. Charged a customer an extra $750. She picked up on it and I apologised and fixed it right away. Next time I'll pocket the $750 and go MIA :D

I still don't understand why the broker never returned calls or emails? And now MIA. Why not just tell the customer you stuffed up, apologies, and offer the customer a solution? It's really that easy!

I wonder if he's coming back? I remember when I first contacted my broker Jamie it was a Saturday afternoon and he was holidaying in New Zealand. Got a response in an hour. I thought gees this guy must breath, eat and live for finance to be replying while on holiday. Was really impressed.

I have noticed the broker in question hasn't posted for weeks. Bit unusual for him as he's nearly online 24/7.
