    What is an average house? An average house to me is one on the mortgage belt. They still seem very affordable. Only thing is, the mortgage belt moves further away from the centre of a city each year.

    I think the problem is we are on a Property Investors Forum???? :confused: It's like standing in the Labor Caucus calling Gillard a liar and saying the MRRT and CT are bad for the country. It's the wrong audience.

    Funny how the investment drops off after the end of 2013 at roughly the same time a federal election is to be held, one where a government has been so anti-mining (MRRT/CT). Going out a limb here, but maybe, just maybe, companies have been shelving projects in the hope of a new government...
