I am sure you're wrong. The 2007 election was Kevin '07 v Howard. Howard was voted out and Rudd was knifed and then it was Juliar v Abbott in 2010, almost losing the unloseable election. Looks like plenty were voting against Juliar (and by extension, Rudd). I'm pretty sure Rudd and Abbott...

Can he resign from parliament effective immediately???? Would that force an immediate election? My guess is that Mr Abbott would give him a plum job OS as an ambassador.

My guess is that 10% margin was based on his support of the Coalition. My guess he would have got smashed, as will Oakeshott and Katter.

The scary thing is the Galaxy/Nielsen polls with KRudd as PM has the Coalition and Labor neck and neck. With Juliar as PM it's a whitewash. Labor seem quite content losing this election by a long margin than having a chance with a megalomaniac. :confused:

Never gonna happen. There's always the bookies margin worked in there. $1.08 = 1/12.5 odds $7.50 = 7.5/1 odds They'll never converge because of that 5 point margin (unless your bookie is a numb-nut). e.g. Labor might come back to $5 or 5/1 Libs will drift out to $1.10 or 1/10...
