How is the Gold Coast market similar to Perth?

I'll be advertising soon so I'll update. One thing I've noticed though is there is about 1 house available to every 8 villa/units. Not many houses available with more than 2 bedrooms. I wonder if there will be a shortage of houses with a decent back yard to accommodate families.
