    I think they are trying the scare tactic, they all seem very desperate so I'm thinking by end of year we can secure 5% fixed 3 years. With so much uncertainty in the market I just can't see it going up. Purely not advice, my uneducated guess!

    But the funny thing is if your dealing with two banks and one is stuffing you around and you purchase a new property you would most likely give the new business to the better one.
