I was at a home open on the weekend and the agent mentioned the property was on the market for what owners paid in the peak. Then there was a lot of noise outside and a group of guys were getting arrested. Everyone left in a hurry. May have to hire some actors when I find a property I like! :)

You forgot lazy :p there's a re agent around my way who isn't bothering with photos or home opens unless the property doesn't sell after a week. I guess it saves a lot of work!
