    Drewvale and Browns Plains are totally different demographic and housing types. I don't follow these suburbs at all but I think people who can't afford Parkinson would most likely buy at Drewvale instead. People who would live at Woodridge and surrounds would most likely buy/live at Browns...

    I haven't researched myself but my Waterford PM told me a lot of farming land around that area was being rezoned from Rural to Residential so rates would increase heaps with the land values increasing forcing them to sell.

    I hear you! It dropped quickly, with a very quick recovery! Algester and Mansfield were other suburbs I was watching, they've done well also. I haven't been watching lately but the acreage properties in Waterford looked like good value 18 mOnths ago.

    I agree totally! It has some nice spots, I do find Koala's pretty awesome also.

    I've been watching Daisy Hill and Waterford a bit over the past 4 yrs. To me it looks likes prices increasing in Daisy Hill but not Waterford yet.
