    That is the sort of property I personally would go for! Off the top of my head is proposed rezoning R25, currently R20. The location is good. The proposed higher density properties are close to town centre and rail.

    I have managed properties in Ashfield, Bassendean, Eden Hill and Yokine, there is huge rental demand for all.
