Yep, :(. It was such a sleepy little area. State housing auctioned about 6 houses in Ashfield. There was massive crowds. I think 50-100 people. Some that missed out were driving around the area looking for properties for sale afterwards so suddenly had competition!

I did a drive-by yesterday. There's a few quality houses surrounding it where they have knocked down and rebuilt. Dtraeger - I think it will sell between $450,000 - $500,000. I think it could do with a cheap tidy up - paint, curtains. Rent for a few years then knock down and build two houses...
