Reply: 3.1 From: Ian Parham G'day Sim & All Just a quickie on the carpet cleaning. On my leases I have put the steam cleaning in as an 'extra condition'...the property mgr and tenants have been receptive to this. Yes, it could always be challenged in the tribunal I suppose. Cheers Ian
