    I'd be holding off until a decision is made by the new council as to whether they will continue to consider waiving S.94 contributions. Might be an idea to speak to the mayor about it. But, this is the same council that wanted close to 1 mill in S.94 contributions for a medical centre :rolleyes:

    No. Changes generally cannot be applied retroactively. Your consent has to be as per the date it was issued.

    Exactly. Third hand information repeated as fact is a dangerous thing. A little birdy has told me that the Department of Planning will not be stepping in over S.94 contributions thanks to the position of the current government that councils are awesome :rolleyes:
