Maybe I'm missing something here, but to me it sounds like: "I'm not happy renting, I want acreage in same area but can't afford it, don't want to downsize and live in town, don't want to leave area..." Mmm, something has to give. I only see 3 options: 1. Keep renting & hope something comes...
