Yes, well, one has to seize the opportunity to pick your brains when they can! I'm particularly interested in what's happening at the syndicate level with those relatively less costly properties eg. $1MM-$10MM range, that individual investors can get a piece of by pooling resources...

Almost anyone can write a book these days. Karina Barrymore has just 2 residential properties and 1 suburban office building. It's a pretty simple book but gives a good overall introduction into commercial property investing. GSJ
