    Hi Sash, Would you not rather pay around 150k for a second hand product on a larger block of land (so for further development)? Yields would be a little lower but given you could build another house on the block it may be a better option. I have seen some H&L's around Playford for 175kish

    Hi Sash, Thanks for sharing. With regards to saying you could buy in SA for 210-220 brand new and it will be worth 260ish - is this OTP? Or are they a couple of years old and you are just getting them cheap? If it is OTP, how can you be so sure of the increase in value?
