You have to own no other homes and be under a certain income to buy those affordable houses.... 10% is way too much. Even if she's excellent, someone who is very good at 6% is much better.

So the best way to do it Anon is renovate next door during the 6 months whilst tenanted and then when you move out start doing that reno. I know its not ideal but the ATO are strict.

No - keep the name and get the jounos to 'report' about all the crime for a few more years so prices remain deflated :D
