No changes to servicing as far as my aware (they're already pretty tough in this regard - other lenders are moving towards their model). I don't know of any changes to LVRs. There's no discretionary discounting on IP loans - which isn't a huge deal IMO. Cheers Jamie

I'm the same as Pete - not usually a space that I operate it. Last one I done was a 97% incl of LMI with Westpac. I think ANZ will still go up to 97% incl of LMI for existing customers. Cheers Jamie
