When I read Deltaberrys post re. investing and fitness being poles apart I also thought 'no quite similar mindsets required actually'. I was going to post but glad I didn't as you put it much more eloquently and acurately than I could of.
Re. fitness I'm a solid 2 ATM but...
I only normally discuss our investments at work if someone specifically asks me about them and seems to take a genuine interest (very rarely:)).
Most of my work colleges don't own any properties apart from their PPORs and then almost always with a decent mortgage outstanding.
