Hang on a minute. Which market are we talking about? Perth, Sydney, Melbourne? Personally I wouldn't be buying anywhere there now. Yields are completely shot for one thing. QLD markets tend to be behind Sydney and not all QLD markets are the same anyway... Cheers Jen
