Personally if it was me I'd probably prefer to go through the scenarios with the client myself, otherwise I'd have no opportunity to show them the difference between them and my reasoning behind my recommendations.

Hi Paterson00, I hope this doesn't come across wrong, but is there a reason you don't trust the advice your broker is giving you? It seems like your second guessing a lot of the info you've been given and I'm curious (or nosey, perhaps! ) as to why? That said, $29k does seem higher...
