I don't know about giving my tenants a gift Ray....but I'll take a gift from them if they can spare it. Maybe a gift certificate for a manicure/pedicure...or.....1 Year's worth of free massages....or.....2 years worth of Cadbury Top Deck.....or a brand new capuccino...
