Ours would be around $300 a week for 4 people. We spend around $250 in a big weekly shop, then I make regular visits for more fresh fruit / veg and other needed items that were forgoten from the big shop. Hubby then buys Subway every day for lunch so that's more again, plus I buy my own body...
