Yep - I'm a bit of a fatty! Shame on me because I do know better. Have focused on work (understandably I think for the last year) rather than health & it's all piled up a bit. Don't know if I could go the juicing route though - am a much bigger fan of regular balanced protein/carb/salad meals...
