    Thanks for the article propertunity. I just read it then and it was quite positive for Hobart and Adelaide, I thought. For Adelaide, "modest growth" over the long term is fine by me and it was saying Hobart might be finally coming up from a low cycle. Also it only mentioned regional areas...
