Back from West End again - the high tide this afternoon just reached our door step! Its sandbagged now thanks to some help, but the next high tide is expected to be another metre on top of that, so will go back to see how things are in the morning!

We're just in West End too moving things to higher ground. We're at the corner or boundary and melbourne and can see it coming, underground carpark at central west end apartments is flooded and a no go zone. We are expecting some severe damage at the restaurant. Power has already been cut...

Evacuated from Brisbane about 11am - home safe in Mt Gravatt now Made a million calls trying to get family out of west end...but some people are stubborn... Stay safe everyone and dont be stupid and give emergency services anything more work!
