what do you reckon ? For the time being i am happy renting a place because : single, don't need 3/2 bedder for living cheap to rent a single room near workplace i hate commute for long hours (travelling to work) P.S i've heard that if you keep an IP for 1year+, CGT drops to half. BTW...
