Could be a combination of the lull before Christmas, plus seems like lots of new rentals have come onto the market recently. Expect by Feb things will pick up again as projects ramp up...

16 June: damn, so in the space of 1 month, before we can even implement the new rent starting mid August, (60 day notice) the rental market has gone up another $50/ $60pw...? wonder where it will be at lease renewal in 6 months?
