    What is your strategy?

I don't think "anyone" can do it. To most people, buying a simple IP is a major undertaking, let alone getting involved in a subdivision.

" Strategy is only a small part of success, mindset attitude and confidence count for most" Couldn't agree more mate. Did you listen to les Brown much? I liked him very much as well... this brings back memories.. I used to listen and write down their philosophies..and learn them, then...

    What is your strategy?

" Which begs the question - how much income is enough? " How long is a piece of string? It depends on if you are working? your partner working? How many dependants you have? and what your goals are which then guides how much finance you will need. Very roughly speaking, 2 incomes on say...

    What is your strategy?

Hi Serendip, that's why I think using your income from a 'job' is the way to go for most people. If your income is not enough, get another job. get 2..3.. whatever it takes. Again, depending on someone's goals. the bigger the goals, the greater the commitment that's required.

" can u pm me that development course u did too ?" ok. " I presume timing is very important with development, anyone have success developing in a downturn ? " Personally, my favourite part of the cycle is the 'stable, boring part', trotting along with modest growth. I find this is 1 of...

    What is your strategy?

Hi Bltn. I agree with you mate. Those that already have successful business can just use the cashflow. For others like myself, I used my income from a job as cash flow. I viewed "me going to work" as" I go to the bank at 9am, have a meeting till 5pm and when I leave I have secured more...

    What is your strategy?

Hi Rixter, I have never been comfortable with the strategy your talking about. It sounds good in theory, and yes I know people are doing it but increasing your debt over time more and more and more doesn't sit well with me. yes I know as prices rise your lvr really should go down even though...

    What is your strategy?

Tyla " Mind sharing how you developed the mindset? It would help a lot of people." First I did some soul searching to really find out what my life's goals are and whether or not I was willing to pay that price to achieve them. I decided that I wanted to be financially free at a young age so I...

    What is your strategy?

My plan is similar to ace in the hole: 1. create good cash flow from business (for us its good income from a job that we view as a business anyway) 2. Buy investment properties (obviously buy well and all the rest of it) 3. Leverage of the equity to buy development sites and develop...
