Update SO parramatta city council sent the valuer to look at the land and easement area. I was really worried because i was thinking that they would come back with at least 30-50k fee for allowing am easement on their land which is ALSO a public reserve ( sorry park lovers , but my dam easement...

Hi wm. It's a little bit more expensive than a standard one but not by much because I get a special price for it. :D Yup the screen will be cheaper and also keep the open space feel.
