Hi Sparky, I can SO relate !! Mind you, I've bought nothing in the last 4 years - but the cost of HOLDING has been quite a learning curve for me. We hear of a 3% increase in Interest (over time) from 2005 - but, what that really is, is around a 50% increase in "holding costs"...
