If within a certain period of time, and there is significant growth in the area, then clearly CF properties is a feasible strategy. I am not suggesting CF is not a valid strategy. My main concern was for the growth of this area, like I said I could be wrong Let us know know how it goes with it...

Was seriously looking into this area last year. Even made a trip down there with serious intention to buy. Pulled out last minute. Yes, the yields might be attractive, however, since 2007 up til now, there has been very minimal % capital gain, in fact, the last lot of figures I was looked at...

It is apparently 230/pw, the tenaents been there for a while now Based on this, its less than 6% even at 200k
