So they did their job and earned their commission last year... good for them! If you buy a product which is good, great. But if you buy it again a year later and turns out to be an inferior product, do you keep buying it out of loyalty? :confused:

Eastfield Real Estate appear to use ranges too, but at least they have a narrow range, and the range comes up in the price field when you are searching properties. Your agent just has the text 'Rental Enquiry Range' so people have to actually click on each property to get the range. Many will...

Oh boy, if you don't fix the problem you'll just end up with another ad with lots of hits again! The photos are a lot better, but get rid of that range!!! Or if they MUST have a range, at least narrow it down! If you want $390/week, I'd change it to say $380-$400.

To be honest, I don't think I've ever seen a "Rental Enquiry Range" on a rental property before! I notice when you do a search of Bulleen rentals, this agent's listings all come up with those words in the price field while other's have an actual price. So if I was a tenant, I'd probably scan...
