    Wouldn't it depend on anyone's portfolio higher LVR or do you suppose that more debt in $ terms but lower LVR's would be a greater risk to them? I think it would depend on how they would classify greater risk. Perhaps I should ask my actuary friend or my friend who is a treasurer of a bank...
