    What is your strategy?

Prop Sounds like hard work. I suppose it comes down to what the estimated profits were and whether there was enough fat in the project to start off with? I am also building 4 townhouses in Melb and I am in Perth. I have a project manager who will be managing the project and will fly...

    What is your strategy?

Hi dajackal Don't want to rain on Leo's parade but just thought I would give you an insight. It will be dependent on your financial situation as it is not only the property that you have to consider when developing but also construction/holding costs. If you do not have adequate funds...

    What is your strategy?

DT Just had a read of this So basically this strategy is buying as many properties as you can that are neutral/cash flow from the date of purchase, continue to accumulate and then eventually sell down to increase cash flow. MTR:)
