I am actually now looking at buying another property in US. I have some rentals in US and have US$ to pay for property and when I bring it back home it gets very exciting as Au$75 at record low very tempting. Hard to match this with shares, and I don't have the expertise that savvy share...

6% fully franked set and forget

After reading this thread I think I am now coming to the conclusion that I should do what I am doing and forget shares. Lack of control, living on a prayer is not comforting. Perhaps more work with my developments but at least I have a pretty good idea on what I will achieve at the end.
