Me too, I don't think I would have the courage to touch this market at the moment, get a bad news story in the paper and it can cause havoc. How are you fairing with your properties, have you had to drop the rent?? I undestand you jumped in at the right time so there will be very little pain...

I suppose there is only one certainty when it comes to mining towns, volatility... anything can spook this market. Just look at what is happening at the mom't My point is that when investing in this market I would make sure you have an exit plan and hopefully u have jumped in on low level...

I see where your coming from Aaron. Out of interest, how much growth has Gladstone had over the last 18 months. Everytime I do a search it just does not attract me coz the yields are poor when you consider the location.... Just my thoughts on it, but if it does go BOOM I will miss out again...
