    Hi Emma I think it is worth a shot, apparently they do lo docs at 50% LVR, I was amazed that they would even look at this. The power of leveraging would be absoluately massive. The investor who purchased at 70% LVR full doc was purchasing in Kansas, may not be everyone's cup of tea, however...
