Well many have said .... perhaps insecurities whatever.... my neighbour has turned out to be quite OK, perhaps she was feeling insecure have no idea. Luce mentioned DH similar, but neighbour has settled and all good.

Could be some psychiatric disorder, who knows I am not a shrink, even if this were the case it may excuse the behaviour to a point but not easy to be around someone with this personality.

I think the 1 property is her spin on diversification.... ;) The other is buy blue chip shares by the bucket load at 6% yield, I don't dabble in shares, however 6% is not that attractive to me.

I think that's why I am in shock, I have never met anyone like this. This is not just boasting, IMO this is totally inappropriate behaviour.

Seriously, this is a person who is stating that there will be a property crash when we have many markets in Australia rising/booming at the moment. I am not interested in trying to educate someone, especially with this personality.
