    I see what you are doing, matching fencing, trim above and door, still think surfmist a better option, and wont date as quickly. I think the wood look alike garage doors are perhaps dated and can look cheap/tacky, just my thoughts:)

    Your right, I thought exactly same, I went surfmist roof/g door, it looks right. The thing is garage doors should never stand out as a feature, that's what the designers tell me, I guess that makes sense.
