    Yes, I agree, especially if you know the market has been running hot for a while, reduces the risk and just move on to another rising market using profits etc. I had this option with Spearwood, and it was borderline for me, even my accountant made the comment "take the money and run"...

    This is already happening in Perth. South West has not recovered and Mandurah still flat/over supply. Only lower entry levels moving.

    Yes its deve sites that are in demand, I purchased a development site in Willagee last year, zoning has been confirmed December 2015. Have not been following Forrestfield, White Gum Valley, I think Government has been offloading land in this area.

    That is good you offloaded some of your Perth properties, I have also sold 2 projects but not going back to Perth market. Will be buying/developing further in Melb. My gut tells me there may be some bargains in Perth but I prefer to play in a rising market. MTR:)

    Depends where you are buying? I think I would waiting another 6 months at least before jumping in, perhaps will be closer to 6 by then IMO MTR:)
